JESUS CHANGES EVERYTHING

There's No Greater Decision

What is Salvation?

The Good News of Jesus Christ

The Gospel means good news.  The good news is that God loves you and created you to know Him.
But sin separates us from God, and none of us can make ourselves right with Him on our own.

That's why Jesus came.
Follow these slides to understand the gospel message:

1. We Have All Sinned

Every one of us has sinned. We are born into a world of sin leaving a stain that we cannot manage or maintain.  We are drawn by the sinful nature, being tempted with things that lead us away from God.
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” — Romans 3:23

2. Sin Has a Consequence

Sin corrupts us from within, and separates us from God.  It ultimately leads to death and judgment.
“For the wages of sin is death…”  — Romans 6:23

3. Jesus Paid the Price

But God chose to step in and rescue us by having the penalty of our sin payed through the blood of Christ Jesus.  Jesus proved His power and authority to cleanse us of sin by rising from the dead.
But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ--by grace you have been saved
— Ephesians 2:4-5

4. Salvation Is Received Through Faith

Salvation is God's gift. You simply walk through by turning from your sin and placing your faith in Jesus Christ. He gives you a new life and plan for your life that leads to eternal life in heaven.
“If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” — Romans 10:9
Jesus made forgiveness, salvation, and a new life possible for everyone who will turn from sin and put their faith in Him.  Your past does not have to define your future. You can begin a new life with Jesus today.
“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” — John 3:16

Who is Jesus?

Jesus is more than a religious teacher or historical figure. The Bible reveals Him as the Son of God, the Savior of the world, and the One who came to bring us back into a right relationship with God.
"You search the Scriptures because you think they give you eternal life. But the Scriptures point to me! -JESUS (John 5:39 NLT)

JESUS CHANGES LIVES

When we come to Christ, He makes us new. Our past no longer has to define who we are or who we can become.
2 Corinthians 5:17 • Ephesians 4:24 • Colossians 3:10

JESUS WILL RECEIVE YOU

Jesus invites you to come to Him. No matter your past or where you are in life, you can turn to Him today.
John 6:37 • Matthew 11:28 • Revelation 3:20

Are you ready to Follow Jesus?

Salvation begins when we recognize our need for God, turn away from our sin, and place our faith in Jesus Christ.
You don't have to clean up your life before coming to Jesus. Come to Him as you are. Ask Him to forgive you, surrender your life to Him, and make the decision to follow Him.
Jesus can give you a new beginning.

You Can Pray Today

There are no special words required to come to Jesus. Salvation comes through genuine repentance and faith in Christ. If you're ready to surrender your life to Him, you can pray from your heart:
“God, I know that I am a sinner and I need Your forgiveness. I believe Jesus Christ died for my sins and rose again from the dead. I turn from my sin and put my faith in Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Forgive me, change me, and help me to follow You from this day forward. Thank You for saving me and giving me new life. In Jesus' name, Amen.”
