2 Corinthians 4:3-4 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, 4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
We are living in a world that is full of wickedness. The bible calls it perilous times.
2 Timothy 3:2-5 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!
This is also written of in Romans
Romans 1:25 who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
The influences of hell are at work in our society. It has caused people to be blind to truth. We see many agendas that are marketed as progressiveness, yet directing us further away from God. They work against God.

As people of God, we are faced with these challenges and when speaking on the love of God, others shun and tell us, "don't judge me!" But it is their sin that condemns people. We know that because we stepped into the light.
As Christians, we need to pray for darkness to be exposed! We must pray that God will dismantle the works of darkness.
2 Corinthians 4:6 For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
